Booking & Payment

All appointments must be booked in advance via phone or in person. A valid contact number is required to confirm bookings. Payments must be made before or immediately after the service. We accept cash and other approved payment methods. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations should be made at least 2–4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in cancellation charges. Advance payments, if any, are non-refundable but may be adjusted for rescheduled appointments at management’s discretion.

Service Limitations

Our services are strictly for relaxation and wellness purposes only. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone showing inappropriate behavior or having medical conditions that may affect treatment safety. Clients must inform therapists about any health issues before the session.

User Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and maintain decorum inside the spa premises. Any form of misconduct, inappropriate requests, or illegal activity will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

Privacy

All client information is kept confidential and used only for booking and service purposes. Personal details will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
